Player Registration 2023-2024

STEP 2:  Pay Fees for each player
Fees can be paid for…

  1. By Check – Made payable to: Northwest Warriors Sports Club Inc.  Mail to:  14235 Larson Dr., Carmel, IN 46033     
  2. Online through PayPal – See below (Note: You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay fees through PayPal, just click the Pay with Debit/Credit Card option below the PayPal Email or Phone option). You’ll have to pay for each player separately so we know who the fees are for.

Registration, fees and waivers are due on or before September 30.  Players may be excluded from practice or games without completed registration, waivers, and payment.  Uniforms will be contingent upon registration and payment as well.

If for any reason we cannot accept all new applicants this year, our leadership will be in contact as necessary and refund any payments.

The 2023-2024 season fees per player are based on their August 1 age:

  • Varsity Boys:  $500
  • JV Boys/Girls:  $450
  • JH Boys/Girls (14U):  $400
  • 12U Boys:  $300
  • 10U Boys:  $250

Registration fees can be paid in full or split evenly between an initial payment up front and final payment by January 1st. (Split payments by check – PayPal can only handle full payment) Since fees are linked directly to costs for a specific level, players playing full time on a higher level will be responsible for that level’s fee. If for any reason our season is cut short, refunds will be provided for costs not incurred.
