Warrior Update – 4/6/24 – Banquet!

Hello Warrior Fam!

I’m sorry for the radio silence since Nationals. I was waiting to get the Warrior Banquet on the calendar, and that took WAY too long, so keep reading for those details and more!

Warrior Banquet

  • When:  April 20th, 5:30pm
  • Where:  Traders Point Christian Academy – Dining Hall and Gym!
    • This is the building right behind Traders Point Christian Church.
  • What:  This is the annual End-of-Year Banquet for the 23/24 Basketball Season. This is a ‘Thank You’ to Coaches, Volunteers, Parents and Players. All immediate family members are invited to attend.
  • How:  RSVP HERE – Please RSVP right away if you can.
  • Food – Supper will be catered by Chipotle. (that is the plan, at least)
    • Bottled water will be provided.
    • There is an option on the RSVP form to bring a dessert to share.
  • Tentative Agenda:
    • 5:30p – RETURN your UNIFORMS! (see below for more info)
    • 6:00p – Prayer & Supper
    • 6:45p – Sempsrott’s Superlatives – CLICK HERE if you haven’t voted  for the ‘mostly likely’ yet!  Players, Coaches, Fans – ANYONE can vote!
    • 7:00p – Team/Coach Recognition
    • 8:30p – Salutations & Dismissal
    • 8:35p – Hang out, Chat, Play in the gym, etc.
    • 10:00p – Vacate
  • Uniform Return:
    • You MUST return your home & away uniforms (jersey and shorts) as well as the reversible red/white practice jersey that was issued to you.
    • Please CHECK IN with Jenny Stahl at banquet – don’t just drop and run. She needs a few seconds to update her inventory list so you get credit for return.
    • If you will NOT be attending the banquet, please make arrangements to return your uniform as soon as possible.
    • Please bring CLEAN items in a plastic bag and if possible, include a slip of paper with the name of the player.
    • If you cannot attend the banquet, you must make arrangements to return your uniform.

Lebanon Leprechauns

April 19th is Warrior Day with our local Pro Basketball team out of Lebanon. We did this last year and several families reported it was a LOT of fun. The players are legit ballers and fan interaction is next level!

We’ve set up a group night again this year for Friday, April 19. Game tip-off is at 7:00 pm at the new Farmer’s Bank Fieldhouse in Lebanon. Pay for an adult ticket (online or at the door) and kids (under 18) get in free!
