FWGIT – Day 2
Hello Warriors!
It was a productive day for Northwest! Lots of Victories to go around, and lots of opportunities to glorify God.
This is a good time of year for a quick reminder to be a positive witness to all of those around us. Other programs, players, coaches and their families are all here because they are christian homeschoolers. So, let’s remember our Lord’s instruction, “they will know you are my disciples if you have love for one another.”
This is especially challenging toward the referees officiating games. Please be determined to show you are a disciple of Jesus in the way you interact with those folks specifically. They are going to miss calls, even big, obvious ones. Expect it, and do your best to shrug it off, and let the coaches plead our case for us.
Otherwise, let’s strive for excellence in competition as well as in relationship.
