Warrior Update – 10/22

Hello Warriors!

We’re three weeks into the season as a program!

PLEASE READ the news items below for important information:

Uniforms

Uniforms for 10 and under boys will be distributed at practice on Tuesday, October 24th, 6:00-7:15p.  Please be at the Tuesday practice if at all possible!

For everyone else, if you have NOT received a uniform or specific communication about your player’s uniform, please contact Maggie Smith at 317-590-6852.

Social Media Helpers

Did you know the Warriors have a social media presence?  Check it out:

We’re looking for volunteers to help out with social media posts. We’d love to have at least one volunteer for each team. All that is required is to share game outcomes. Pictures or any other information is purely optional.

Tournaments

The first tournaments are right around the corner for a few teams

  • Nov 2-4:   St. Louis Tip-Off – Varsity 1 & 2 only – In St. Louis – get your hotel NOW!
  • Nov 3-4:   Marlins Tip-Off – JH Boys, JV Girls only – in Lafayette, IN @ Legacy Courts

UPDATE:  The Lady Warriors will NOT participate in the December 8-9 Tournament in Fort Wayne!   If you booked a hotel for that, you can cancel it!  We want the whole program to be here when we host the Wildcats on Dec 9!!

Also, the Warriors will NOT be hosting the Bloomington Bobcats on Jan 13th. Instead, the program will be traveling to Cincinnati to play the Trailblazers.

These changes have been made on the Google Calendar on the website.
