Warrior Banquet RSVP

Monday, April 3rd is the Warrior Banquet!  Catered by Chipotle, we’ll enjoy supper and cap off the season with recognition and remembrance. It will be a great night! (We know this is NCAA Bball Championship, so we will be sure to wrap up in time for you to watch)  Here are the agenda details:

Location: Traders Point Christian Academy: 6600 S Indianapolis Rd, Whitestown, IN 46075

  • 6:00 PM – Arrive
  • 6:15 PM – Pray & Eat
  • 7:00 PM – Individual & Team Recognition
  • 8:15 PM – Closing & Look Ahead
  • 8:30 PM – Dismissal

We will be accepting donations to offset the cost.  If you are able, we would appreciate a $10 per person donation. There will be a cash box at the Banquet for donations.

Uniform and Practice Jersey Return

It is time to return uniforms!   EVERYONE needs to return all uniforms and practice jerseys even if you will be returning next year.

When uniforms and practice jerseys were issued, players were given paperwork itemizing exactly what they received and therefore would need to return. Check in closets and gym bags for that info!!

Please gather all uniforms and practice jerseys, wash them, and return them by April 30th using one of these methods:

  1. Attend the team banquet on April 3 and return the uniforms to the people manning the table set up in the hall.
  2. If you cannot attend the banquet, give your uniforms to someone who is attending the banquet to turn in on your behalf.
  3. Make private arrangements to deliver uniforms to Maggie Smith or Jennifer Pettersen.

(NOTE: If you would like to purchase a uniform or practice jersey and keep them, just let Maggie Smith know and we can make that happen.)

Nationals Results:

The Warriors had GREAT success at Nationals! Here is a brief list of the results:

  • Varsity Boys – Division II Silver Ball – 3rd place
    • Ended on a STRONG win against RUSH, MO!
  • JV Boys – Division II Silver Ball – 2nd Place
    • GREAT result for this team. Can’t wait to see these boys move up!
  • JV Girls – Iron Pool – 4th Place
    • First Ever Lady Warrior team at Nationals!
  • Junior High – Division III Bronze 6th Place
    • So impressed by the talent on this team!
  • 12U Red – Division I – Undisputed National Champs!!!!!!!
    • Best Christian Homeschool team in the Universe! =)
  • 12U White – Division II Copper Ball Champs.
    • This team went 4-1 and ONLY lost to the Division II Gold Ball Champs
  • 10U – Bronze Ball 4th Place
    • SO much growth in this team! Solid performance!
