Parents Meeting – Role Needs – Registration & Schedule

Hello,

Three important topics to throw at you.

1: We would love to see you at a Parents Meeting on October 4^th at Chapel Rock Christian Church from 7:15 – 8:15 PM.  New families will want to be there – however, returning families will greatly benefit as well.  It will be a great information session and opportunity to break out and meet the coaching staff, and the board.  Mark your calendar today!

2: We need help filling critical positions.  Do you like being greeted by a friendly, warm, smiling face at our games?  Do you enjoy street tacos and concessions?  We need someone to (A) run/manage concessions and admissions this year.  Do you like the eCalendar and seeing the schedule online?  We need (B) a web person to translate some of our work online this season.  For next year we will need a (C) Treasurer to fill the big shoes of Timothy Litz – so having him here to shadow and apprentice with this season would be wonderful.  Finally, if any are so inclined toward (D) fundraising, we could use your help!  This would allow us to lesson the price of registration.  Please text me or see me at the 10/4 meeting if you are interested.

3: Coming soon: registration, and online schedule.  Tim is running some final numbers and we hope to have something to you early next week.  We know many are anxious to see the schedule – likewise we are trying to get something out early next week.  For high level planning know that JV, JH, 12u & 10u will not play until the first week of November.  There is a chance V will play in a tournament on 10/22 and 10/23 but that is being figured out currently.  (Please don’t pester Barry, he’s getting pestered enough).
