“I pray you all are healthy and well.  I know we all are excited to play basketball. We are continuing to monitor the COVID 19 situation as reports indicate cases and hospitalizations are increasing. Thankfully the death rate continues to decline in Missouri. To date 147 out of 402,000 people living in St. Charles County have passed away with COVID 19.  While every life is precious with a 99.97% survival rate we continue to feel comfortable moving forward with Tip Off.  Here is the COVID-19 date for the State of Missouri we are utilizing for our data.

We are working with our host GameTime Sports to attempt to minimize risks.  We are not limiting fans, but encourage everyone who is at higher risk or not comfortable attending to not attend.  We will have seating available along both baselines and one sideline for each court.  We are asking fans to bring your own chair as it will maximize the ability to spread out and minimize multiple people sitting in the same seat/bleacher all day. Bleachers will be available along baselines, but encourage everyone to practice social distancing using only the top and bottom rows of the bleachers.  GameTime has made available their outdoor turf soccer field as well as two outdoor patio areas to spread out in between games.  We are encouraging teams and fans to leave the building as quickly as possible after their games and not entering the building more than 20 minutes before their games.  We are encouraging teams to meet outside instead of inside before and after their games sending only 1 representative inside to monitor the clock of the game before their game.  The gym will open 20 minutes prior to the 1st game each day.

Inside we will have separate entrances and exits to the building as well as separate entrances and exits to each court.  We ask everyone to only enter through the entrance and exit through the exit along with following the directional arrows on the floor. To reduce congestion in the lobby and the exchange of cash we are asking everyone to purchase their tickets online at www.stlblueknights.org/tipoff.  After tickets have been purchased online simply print the ticket and bring it with you to Tip Off.  Tickets will be available to purchase in the lobby using exact change, but greatly encourage everyone to purchase tickets online to minimize lobby congestion and streamline entrance to the building.  As always players, coaches and children under age 5 do not need to purchase admission tickets.

COVID guidelines and tournament details can be found at www.stlblueknights.org/tipoff along with live brackets and link to purchase tickets.”
