New Parents Meeting, Practice Schedule Next Week, and More!

Good afternoon Warrior families –

Four things for you today, and if you’re a new family to the program, please read item #4 below!

1) Registration – in case you missed the earlier emails, here’s another reminder. Payment is not due upon registration and you have two options: one up front installment, or two.

2) First practice – Tuesday 10/6 @ Chapel Rock Christian Church.
• 10u: 6-7 pm
• 12u: 6-7:30 pm
• 14u: 6-7:30 pm
• JV: 7:30 – 9 pm
• V: 7:30 – 9:30 pm

3) Two non-standard practices for 2020 due to Chapel Rock conflicts.
• Thursday 10/8 the 12u-Varsity will be at Colonial Hills Baptist Church – no 10u
• Monday 10/12 the 12u-Varsity will again be at Colonial Hills – no 10u
i. Time for both 10/8 & 10/12 at Colonial Hills
o 12u: 6-7 pm
o 14u: 7-8:30 pm
o VJ/V: 8:30-10 pm
ii. Tuesday 10/13 we return to normal schedule & time at Chapel Rock 10u-V

4) New Parents Meeting on Monday 10/5 from 6:20 – 7 pm. This is an important time learn about the Warrior program and what to expect for this season. As a fourth-year parent myself, I can tell you this would have been invaluable our first year – so please make it if you can!

• How to get a spot: email me (rgguerrero@gmail.com) with the subject “NWW new parent meeting” by Friday 6 pm and I will send you an invite. If you could include your name and your son’s name (no Warrior Princesses yet – maybe someday) that would be nice. I will send an initial invite out Friday night, then a late comer update on Sunday if needed.
• Q: What if you are not new and want to be there? A: Email me and I will include you – same subject so I don’t miss your email.
