Warrior Update 1-22-26

Hello Warrior Fam!

Lots of updates in this post:

First, there is a schedule change for 1/28 at GCA. ONLY 12u girls and 12u boys will have a game. Here’s the new schedule:

  • Jan 28 vs GCA:
    • 5:00p – 12u Girls
    • 6:00p – 12u Boys

FWGIT – Jan. 30 & 31

The next tournament coming up is the Fort Wayne Guard Invitational Tournament (FWGIT).

SCHEDULE

Please download the Teamsnap Tournaments App (Not just Teamsnap).   The App is FREE for everyone and will have the full schedule for the tournament.  Once you download it, please search for “FWGIT 2026” and click the star to favorite the tourney.  Going forward when you open the app it will show up on the main page.
From there look at the divisions tab to find where your team is place.  Once in the division, go to teams and hit the star next to your team.  This will put the times and locations for your teams on the front page of the app.

You should plan on having games on January 30 as early as 8:00am and Jan 31 as late as 8:00pm. We won’t know exact game times until the week before.

Regionals and Nationals Tournaments:

Regionals and Nationals PLAYER Registration – ‘early bird’ deadline ends Dec 31st- probably

  • Every PLAYER must register for the Midwest Regionals AND Nationals tourneys.
    • (There is one registration process for both the Midwest Regional and National tournaments)
    • **Even if you only plan to attend the Midwest Regionals tournament, you must register!
    • CLICK HERE to register your players.  (see notes below)
      • Team name is ‘Indianapolis NW Warriors’
      • We DO NOT participate in a ‘District’ tournament.
        • (We participate in the Indiana State championship – not related to NCHBC – no registration required by you)
      • Choose MIDWEST Regional

  • Warriors reserve a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn – South in Springfield on Glenstone Avenue.
    • Call and reserve your room today. There is NO cancellation fee if cancelled by 4pm on arrival day!!
