Warrior Update 11/11/24

Hello Warrior Family!

I’m way over due for an update, so buckle up, I’ve got lots to share:

Spiritwear:

Please take a moment to place an order for this year’s official Warrior t-shirt. If you order by Nov 15th, you should have your shirt by Thanksgiving. These are high quality t-shirts made by a friend of the Warriors, Garrett O’Boyle. Coming up this season, we are going to have “white-out” and “black-out” games where we encourage all Warrior fans to wear either black or white to really stand out at the games.  So you’ll want to get a shirt in each color!  =)

Uniform Policy & Care:

I think we have issued uniforms to all players that have registered and paid their fees. If you haven’t please remind your coach.

  • Please remember that it is the player’s responsibility to return these items in the
    same condition at the end of the season.

    • If a uniform is not returned or properly cared for, the player will be responsible for paying the replacement cost for the items ($170 for uniforms, $10 for practice jersey).
    • This includes removing or losing the draw string in the shorts – please leave them in.
  • Please wash your uniforms and practice jerseys regularly and use a stain remover ASAP if the need arises. Regular detergent is fine.
  • If the uniform is stinky, try adding baking soda to the wash cycle (just sprinkle it directly on the clothes in addition to your normal detergent). Costco sells huge bags of baking soda for cheap.
  • If the uniform is extra stinky, try adding a scoop of “Rockin’ Green Active Wear Detergent” to your laundry. It has an enzyme designed to break down/deep clean any stinky sweat from clothes.
  • If the uniform starts looking dingy (especially the white uniform), add some
    OxyClean to your wash cycle (follow instructions on package).
