2022 Year End Banquet 4/7/22 – Sign Up Link Included

Hello Warrior Nation!

Next Thursday evening, April 7th, is our year end banquet!  How exciting!!  Here’s are all the details you need below:

• Location: Post Road Christian Church (same as last year)
• Address: 1112 N Post Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46219
• Time:  6:30 – 8:30 PM EST
• Food:  Catered Taco Bar!!!
• Donations:  We will have a cash jar to accept donations of cash or check at the banquet; you can also pay by app prior to the banquet (Tim Litz – TimLitz@yahoo.com) using standard app payment methods
• Cost:  $8/person is what the cost is – this only for your estimation purposes
• ESTIMATION OF MOUTHS TO FEED: If you plan on attending, please click HERE and fill out the simple 3-field form (shout out to John Keller) so we can give the Mexican restaurant an adequate headcount
• Estimate Deadline: please fill out by Monday night 4/4 – I will provide the number to our provider Tuesday morning (coaches or anyone – maybe drop this communication link in your team GroupMe chat w/ note on 4/4 food headcount survey)
• Dessert: Bring a dessert if you’d like!  No pressure.  (I know my wife is making basketball cookies because she starting practicing immediately returning from Nationals!)
• Accoutrements: Warriors will provide napkins, utensils and plates
• Beverages:  BYOBs!
• High Level Agenda: We will open our ceremonies with a word of prayer over the food and fellowship around 6:30 pm.  We will look to start the year end ceremony by 7:30 pm.  We will be cleaned up, and all bodies out by 8:30 pm – when our rental agreement is up!
