Banquet, Food & Uniform Fun!
Happy belated resurrection celebration!
The final pieces of the ‘20-21 puzzle are being put into place as we round off our season with the year end banquet. BEFORE YOU SKIP THIS – if you cannot attend jump down to the uniform section!
Three topics for one email (don’t tell Aaron I’m doing this): Banquet Agenda, Banquet Food plan, and Uniform Return plan.
Friday 4/9 Banquet Agenda:
- Location: Post Road Christian Church (address on our eCalendar)
- 5:30 pm – doors open: food & seating
- 6:00 pm – opening prayers and eating will begin
- 7:00 pm – banquet ceremony tip-off
- 8:00 pm – officially over; clean up begins
- 8:30 pm – doors locked and we’re out!
Each head coach will have 8-10 minutes to call up players and say a few words of encouragement!
I will close us down by recognizing notable servants and reminding our kids to be thankful to their parents for all the sacrifice they provide for their enrichment and blessing!
Banquet Food plan:
Please CLICK HERE for food ordering instructions. The summary is this – you can either bring your own main dish or order Noble Roman’s and we will have it delivered. Everyone eating should bring their own drinks/cups, and potluck a side or dessert/serving utensil to share. We will only provide small plates for sides (and Noble Roman’s plates for pizza). Don’t miss step 8 in the instructions or you’ll have no pizza!
Uniform Return plan:
If you are attending the banquet, please put your CLEAN uniforms (home and away; shorts and top) in a Ziploc type bag and label it with your son’s name & number. There will be a station at the banquet to hand them in per team level.
If you are not attending the banquet please contact Alyssa/Jonathan Rundle (call/text: (317) 771-4250; email japcrundle@gmail.com). Even if your uniform will be traveling with a friend, they would like to know this to better manage returns.
We are so thrilled and excited to celebrate this season with you. If you have any questions beyond what this can provide please reach out to Maggie (for pizza), your coach, or me directly: text me at (317) 362-9144.
Kind regards,
Rudy Guerrero
