IMPORTANT Crossroads Dec 4,5 WRISTBANDS

Northwest Warrior Parents,

The Crossroads Clash will be held December 4-5 at the Pacers Athletic Center (PAC) in Westfield.  Northwest Warriors Varsity, JV, JH, and 12U will be playing (UPDTE:  10U will not be playing).  There are attendance constraints which require us to pre-order up to 75 spectator wristbands for this tournament.  The spectator wristbands cost $20 each, are good for the whole tournament, and are transferable (say parent to parent).  Wristbands for players and coaches are already covered in our registration fees.

Families can pre-pay for up to 2 spectator wristbands per player. If more than 75 wristbands are purchased by our families, a random lottery system will be used to allocate the 2nd wristband per player. Those not receiving a 2nd wristband will be refunded promptly for that 2nd wristband.  Payments should be made by Zelle, Paypal or Venmo to timlitz@yahoo.com or (317) 997-1098.  Please note on your payment the purpose is for “Crossroads Wristbands”.  Pre-payment for spectator wristbands is mandatory and due by Tuesday 11/10.  We will distribute the pre-purchased wristbands and coach/player wristbands at practice after we receive them.

Please note, it is possible that additional wristbands will be available for purchase at the door but this depends on whether or not the PAC is able to get a waiver on the 500 person attendance limit.  As soon as we hear any news on this, we will let you know immediately.
